Terms of Sale
The Livvy & Tom website will provide refunds or exact replacement products for all valid returns. Returns must be requested via email from us at :niki@livvyandtom.co.uk within 72 hours of product delivery. In your email request for a return please enter the word "return" in the subject field and include in the text of your message the following information:

1. Order number
2. Title and description of product being returned
3. Reason for return
4. Your name, daytime telephone number, and email address

Within 72 hours of receiving your request, The Livvy & Tom website, will send return instructions to your email address along with any additional instructions. Items must be returned in the original packaging (or its equivalent).

Order Fulfillment and Back Ordered Items
In most cases, orders are shipped out within 72 hours after payment has cleared. In most cases, items are shipped through the Postal Service.  You will be notified via email once your shipment is on its way.

The Livvy & Tom website, makes every effort to fill orders completely in the initial shipment. Occassionally, items will not be immediately available and must be back ordered. Back ordered items will be filled within 30 days of your order at no additional shipping charge. If The Livvy & Tom website, is unable to fill a back order within 30 days, we will refund you in full for the back ordered item(s).
